McLean-Mercer Regional Library, Riverdale, North Dakota, is headquarters for a consortium of public libraries in the communities of Beulah, Garrison, Hazen, Max, Stanton, Turtle Lake, Underwood and Washburn.

The mission of the McLean-Mercer Regional Library is to provide and promote the development of independent, self-confident and literate citizens through the provision of open access to cultural, intellectual, and informational resources. Library Board meeting:
The McLean-Mercer Regional Library Board of Trustees will meet Monday, November 24, 2025, 6 pm, at the library in Riverdale. Agenda items include review and approval of bills and finances and on-going discussion of the library building.
Obstacle Course:
The library has an obstacle course painted on the sidewalk around the building. Run, play hopscotch, make your way through the “water hazard”, follow the alphabet trail and more.
